
Wet again, and as on other such occasions, the hedgehog visits are fewer with only a handful of photos being captured throughout the night.



Come daylight some of the usual suspects come down to pick over the remains of the food the hedgehogs left behind...

...plus a visitor I very rarely see in this garden. I can only think that this is a grey squirrel.
Seeing the hogs legs always makes me smile. They look as though they were added as an afterthought.

What a great blog! My garden is mostly overgrown and borders woods and fields, but although I have lived here 20 years and have a plentiful supply of slugs and uneaten cat food that gets thrown out on the lawn for the birds, I have only ever seen a hedgehog once. He was sniffing around my back door & nearly came in!
